Application Fax Solutions
Many companies have applications that need to output a fax to their customer for effective communication. PeopleSoft, SAP, ACEVA, Ariba are just a few of the software integrations that we have implemented for customers. Whether it is a purchase order, request for proposal, statement, bill, document for signature or any other message that must be received via fax or email account, Document Deliver will manage the delivery.
Integration is easy with SMTP Message, a published API Fax Interface, or FTP Fax. Delivery confirmations are passed back to the application for status updates.
Document Capture. Transforms manual processes into 100% electronic straight-through processing (STP) solutions. Document Capture will eliminate the need to manually rekey fax and email forms such as purchase orders, insurance claims, and time sheets. Document Capture receives and then automatically converts information from these forms into electronic data feeds to you such as EDI, XML, ACORD XML, or more than 100 other electronic data formats. The data is then automatically delivered into your business system with guaranteed 99.5% field level accuracy.
Access Points. There are many different types of access points supported; Email, FTP, API's and VPN. If you require secure transport you can connect to our secure network through the Internet with Exchange Transport Layer Security or through a VPN (virtual private network). We also publish a Fax API to integrate your applications to the network to hand off your fax messages via a secure VPN or Frame.
Disaster Recovery and Security. Full disaster recovery and security, at no extra cost to your company. To ensure total security, privacy, confidentiality a Security Audit is performed annually by an outside firm which publishes the annual SAS70 Audit document. Availability provided by two fully mirrored operation centers with redundant Telco providers with different access points into the buildings.
OCR / Bar Code Routing. Documents that contain a bar code can be routed with the bar code information. The file name of the fax message can also receive the value of the Bar Code for identification. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) can be developed to read the contents of the fax and the values can be transmitted to internal applications or routed internally. As a result, workflow processes increase downstream with less errors from manual keying of data from faxes.
