Through the Administration Portal you will be able to perform many tasks without having to go through customer support:

Add, change and delete users
Assign new fax numbers - Local or Toll Free Fax numbers
Customize delivery options - TIFF, PDF, Secure PDF, and Editable PDF.
Custom cover pages
Fax Header Information
Cost Center Bill Codes - monthly bills will provide Cost Center totals
View all user sent and received history as well as view fax document online
Create organization chart of users for easy management.
Search history based on date/time or by fax number.

Reporting.
The Administration Portal will also allow you to generate many reports without having to contact support. There are also many system generated reports that can be setup to be delivered to email addresses at certain time intervals through out the day, week or on a monthly basis.
