Broadcast Fax / Broadcast Email

With the web based Broadcast Service you can send one message to thousand of recipients in as little as 10 minutes using an uploaded list of customers and their fax number or email address. Even with this mass delivery method, the message can be personalized with company name, recipient name or other important information by using Microsoft Mail Merge feature. This increases the success of you broadcast campaign to your targeted audience.

Broadcast Fax. Through a very simple web interface you can upload your broadcast list and document(s) and schedule the broadcast in the future or have it go out immediately. Once the broadcast job is complete, (usually in 10 min depending on volume) you will be emailed a report showing you number sent and number failed and the reason why individual faxes failed. There is no monthly minimum fee or setup fee to have an account. We accept credit card payment with proper proof of card ownership as well as monthly invoices with approved extension of credit. 

Broadcast Email. Through a very simple web interface tool you can customize your email message with a web based wizard to help create email in HTML rich format. You can even test your email to see if the system will detect common spam flagged content that will result in your email broadcast being block and/or flagged as junk email. The success of your email campaign is our main concern.  We have built the web tools to provide guidance in setting up your email as well as the ability to test to ensure your email will be delivered.
