Fax Mail

Our Fax Mail product will allow you to send and receive faxes with your registered email address ~ no software to load on your PC or special fax hardware to buy. We also provide secure internet access to view 30 days of fax history as well as the ability to make changes to your account like you’re email address and/or preferences. For companies who want to setup several user profiles/fax numbers we allow you to be in control; through our administration logon, you’ll be able to setup new users, assign them fax numbers, view and search fax history and even run reports. All the features of an in-house fax solution, but without the added cost of equipment and software saving your company money.
 

How fax to email service works:

Fax to Email - Inbound fax: Your customers will never receive a busy signal; the system is architected to handle millions of faxes a day for a "Never Busy Fax" experience. The system will convert the inbound fax to either a PDF or TIFF file and then send you an email with the fax file attached. From there you can view the document, store the document for later use and reference, or send the document along to the next work flow process step. Inbound faxes utilizing PDF files can be password protected to address HIPAA and other security concerns. Click on the left menu links to learn more about HIPAA Compliant Fax and Security SAS70 Fax.

Email to Fax - Outbound Fax: Using your existing email client you simply address the email TO: field with the fax [email protected] For example: [email protected]. For international faxes you must also include 011 and the country code before the fax number.

With outbound faxes you can receive an acknowledgment email back from the system when the fax is delivered. Or in the case of an error, the service will report back in an email stating why it was unable to send the fax, along with an attached copy of the fax. Common errors include voice picks up, non-active phone numbers, no fax tone, or line continuously busy. The system will try up to 4 times to deliver the fax if the line is busy or no fax tone.
 

Custom Solutions:

We have implemented custom solutions, for example reading the fax bar code on inbound faxes and create file names based on the bar code information with rules on where to deliver the fax, we also allow you to send faxes to our secure FTP server for processing and we can deliver inbound faxes to your SFTP Server, we even publish a Fax API interface - please call today to learn more about our custom solutions.
